General Updates

I want to thank everyone for their patience. I believe Jane is working and booking is now available. Jane also has a terrific app if that is an option you would like to utilize. You will be directed to my first day of work May 13th, at 0900 to 1500, until July 1st, 2025. After July 1st, I will determine summer vacation, and block off accordingly, then additional booking slots will be available July onward.

If there are any issues with booking, please email thrivinghealthnpcare@gmail.com, they will be handled promptly.

Phone and fax number will be available after April 29th- May 1st, phone calls to the clinic will be available, Lorena will be happy to assist you.

Addendum:

For returning patients to my care, please acquire the medical records as we have already established a therapeutic relationship, and I do not want to use any of future appointment time on history, etc (I will review prior to your appointment so we can hit the ground running. I will have Lorena call you for those records and on how best to send them to TH as it is private information). Thank you.

If you are a new patient, prior medical records are usually not needed (and there is usually an associated cost from your MD or NP’s office, which I try to spare you from that expense) as I get to know you through our appointments together. If there is something specific, I will let you know through the course of our interactions and will advise on how to proceed. Thank you.
